Georgetown University has established a fund in support of The Teilhard de Chardin Project. Georgetown University has strong ties to Teilhard, who visited the university twice when he was alive. Georgetownâs library is the repository of the largest collection of Teilhard papers and artifacts in the United States, and the late Thomas M. King, S.J. was the countryâs leading Teilhard scholar for three decades while a professor here.
